Counterbook

Counterbook is a free point of sale for small shops, kiosks, pharmacies, restaurants and market stalls. It runs on your Windows PC with no internet and no account.

Ring up sales with a mouse, touchscreen, keyboard shortcuts or a USB barcode scanner. Track stock, customers, credit, suppliers and expenses. Open and close shifts, count the drawer, and see today's profit at a glance.

Every staff member has their own PIN and role, and an activity log records who did what. Your records are stored encrypted on your own PC. There is no Counterbook server, so nobody else can see them.

Share the till with phones and tablets on your shop's Wi-Fi: they open it in a browser, no install needed. Add other Counterbook devices on the same network to keep them in step.

Try the demo shop first: a full supermarket with 90 days of sales.
